Paid Family Leave Updates Effective July 1, 2014

As of July 1st, California Paid Family Leave revisions will go into effect. Paid Family Leave family member definitions will now include grandparents, grand-children, siblings, and parent-in-laws.
Employers will be required to provide new hires as well as employees who take a qualifying leave an updated Paid Family Leave Brochure containing the revised family member definitions.
