The "Consortium" of the HRC is representative of a family of business members ranging from our Associate to Standard level of membership. Our members enjoy the satisfaction of personalized attention to their human resource management business needs. We offer a level of service and consultation second to none when compared to our competition.

We offer three levels of association ranging from general HR support services entailing access to web-based resources, frequently asked HR questions, and labor law / legislative updates to unlimited HR coaching and consultation, a new labor law poster each year, updates to your personnel handbook, and much more.

Associate Membership

based on a monthly arrangement

Our Associate Membership is our premier relationship level and includes our popular unlimited HR Coaching and Consulation, as well as the highest discount on HRC services and products. Most businesses consider this level of membership due to its reasonable monthly cost.

• Includes both Standard & Preferred Membership benefits and services;
• Unlimited HR coaching and consultation with a professional HR practitioner via phone and email support;
• A Business Partner Discount of 25% off selected HRC services; and
• A Corporate University discount on our workshops / trainings (online education not included)

Preferred Membership

based on a monthly arrangement

Preferred Membership provides a higher level of support and service which includes up to 5 hours of HR Coaching and Consultation via email or phone.

Preferred Membership includes all of the benefits of Standard Membership plus the following services:

• Up to 5 hours of HR coaching and consultation with a professional HR practitioner via phone and email support;
• One (1) California and Federal labor law poster for your business every 12-month period;
• Subscription to our Labor Law Poster Update Service which provides updated postings to your state and federal mandated postings as they come available:
• Updates to your personnel handbook policies through professionally drafted addendum letters as changes in applicable state and federal labor laws / regulations come available;
• A Business Partner Discount of 20% off selected HRC services; and
• A Corporate University discount on our workshops / trainings (online education not included)

Standard Membership

based on a monthly arrangement

Standard Membership provides a general and foundational level of service for businesses who prefer to stay up-to-date with changes in labor relations and legislative updates. Standard Membership includes the following services:

• Clear explanations of California and federal employment practices, regulation, and human resource management issues that will help you protect your business;
• An indepth FAQ section which provides quick answers and applicable solutions to frequently asked HR questions and issues;
• Access to an invaluable web-based library of forms and publications downloadable from our member site;
• Exclusive member e-newsletters which deliver special offers, the latest news on the HRC, and new HR blog topics;
• Email subscription to the HRC's Informant Newsletter which provides up-to-date labor law and legislative updates;
• A Business Partner Discount of 15% off selected HRC services; and
• A Corporate University discount on our workshops / trainings (online education not included)
