Dr. Mora has over 40 years of experience as a professional HR management and organizational consultant in the Central San Joaquin Valley and reguarly serves as a seminar and workshop speaker and trainer for businesses and their employees.
Dr. Mora has served as a full-time professor at Fresno Pacific University in the School of Business. Dr. Mora possesses a a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Behavior and is a practicing organizational psychologist.
