The Human Resources Consortium offers professional and California compliant sexual-harassment training for managers and supervisors, as well as for non-supervisors. We also offer the convenience of holding the training at your business site (dependent on distance) or via online education.

We meet California AB1825 Requirements.

Our anti-harassment training meets California's mandated 2-hour interactive sexual harassment training requirements for employers with 50 or more employees.

Available Online

We also offer online sexual harassment training for added convenience. Our online training comes in a supervisor's version (CA AB1825 compliant) and a non-supervisors version. Upon the successful completion of the online training course, the employee can immediately print their course certificate.

Our performance evaluation training includes an overview of the performance appraisal process, pitfalls associated with conducting evaluations and how to avoid them, compensation tied with performance, use of the evaluation instrument as part of the disciplinary process, and how to setup an evaluation system if one has not yet been established.

We also provide invaluable supplemental training resources to help take the guess work of the the evaluation process; so the supervisor or manager has the immediate basic resources to turn an ordinary evaluation system to an effective one.
